CHORLEYWOOD AMATEUR DRAMATIC SOCIETY

Priestley's 1938 British farce begins when three couples gather to celebrate their silver wedding anniversary. Not only do they all share the same anniversary, but they were also all married at the same time, in the same church by the same parson. As the evening progresses, the happy celebrations are brought to a sudden halt by a shocking revelation, and there are hilarious consequences as the couples work through the repercussions.

This is one of JBP most popular plays and promises to provide the light-hearted entertainment we have all been missing, with themes that are as alive today as they were 100 years ago.”
